We’re scaling up our teams, and looking for an experienced customer-oriented Deployment Manager to join our Customer Success team in Argentina. Customer Success is the term we use for ensuring our customers get the very best value from Ecaresoft. From making sure we understand their specific requirements around EMR & ERP and helping them define and achieve success measures, to delivering a great implementation experience, driving adoption, supporting them with issues and building deep relations. As a team member of the customer’s success area, you will hold the critical responsibility of understanding customer goal, and making thoughtful recommendations to solve customer problems promptly and comprehensively.


As Senior Deployment Manager, you will work directly with senior customer stakeholders to implement a proprietary SaaS Healthcare Solution, respond to questions, and roll out best practices. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and implementation of our SaaS solution into healthcare institutions. Taking projects from initial scoping phase through to successful launch, this is a multi-task role where you will be handling multiple projects concurrently, so we’re looking for a dynamic individual who is looking to challenge themselves and work in a fast-growing start-up environment.




  • Responsibility for the entire implementation process from initial scoping stages through the solution delivery cycle through to ongoing account management
  • Being the main contact for clients as they implement our solutions and provide answers to detailed technical questions
  • Working closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of all projects
  • Managing the project scope to ensure project targets and timescales are adhered to
  • Creating and maintaining project plans to ensure projects are actively tracked and tasks allocated to project team members in line with agreed milestones
  • Actively communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure all aims of the project are met
  • Completing functional testing and managing client UAT and system rollout stages
  • Feeding into the product roadmap any ideas, tools and processes that can help us get our clients live more quickly and smoothly, and ways of improving the products & services we deliver
  • Delivering and demonstrating outstanding results to, and for our clients from go-live
  • Pro-actively identifying ways of improving the products and services we deliver
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring they receive the most benefit possible from their investment in Ecaresoft solutions
  • Organizing and providing training to customers
  • Align goals, metrics, and communication around planning and performance.
  • Foster innovation and efficiency throughout the company, working in a consultative fashion with other department heads such as marketing, sales, academy and support groups.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the company, management, other employees, and customers. (we protect our culture vigorously.)

Requirements :

  • Financial Bachelor's degree
  • Previous consulting firm experience is required (Big 5 experience preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementations
  • 2+ years of experience developing proposal responses
  • Experience working with technical resources regarding installation, custom development and other technical activities required to successfully deliver a large-scale ERP project.
  • Familiarity with financial and operational processes, including:
    • General Ledger, Financial Reporting
    • Supply Chain Cycle
    • Revenue Management
    • Accounts Payable, Cash Management
  • Excellent analytical skills, business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience

Job Description and Activities

We want to hire the best SDR (Sales Development Representative) for our Cirrusproduct who is the person to be in charge for prospecting new leads. This means using different tools to go through resources (Linkedin, Twitter, Databases, Tradeshows, Google, Google adwords, Facebook, Personal Contacts, Door-by-Door, a lot of phone calls, etc) in order to find Hospitals or Clinics matching our target audience. In other words, your main activity is looking and prospecting for quality leads.

Additionally, the main metric for how SDR’s are doing is the number of Qualified Leads they generate, so you should take this as yours.


  • You should know how to write cold emails and make cold calls (you will be writing a lot of introduction emails and follow ups to prospects) — If you don’t know anything about how to write good cold emails you should learn ASAP
  • We are not expecting a tech savvy person, but you should be familiar with CRMs and Marketing Automation, using Slack, Asana, Trello or other similar tools
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Not past experience required, is just about the desire of learning 
  • You should read this book 
  • High energy is great!

Son miles las llamadas que hemos hecho con dueños y/o administradores de Hospitales alrededor del mundo. Los beneficios clínicos, legales o de control administrativo de implementar un EHR o ERP en sus Hospitales no están en duda.

Sin embargo, al momento de que a cualquier CEO de hospitales le lanzamos la pregunta: Con tu solución tecnológica actual ¿Qué decisiones estratégicas de negocio haz tomado últimamente? Todos, sin excepción dudan o cambian la conversación hacía otro sentido.

Datos reales

Manteniendo la confidencialidad de nuestros clientes actuales pero con datos de uso reales, queremos mostrar cómo se comporta la relación de ventas vs. costos con la implementación de nuestra solución para hospitales.

Cliente 1

En conjunto con este cliente hemos caminado un largo camino. Este es un caso clásico de un hospital que estaba funcionando sin un sistema o con otro sistema que no cumplía con las necesidades de información y control del hospital.

Al implementar Cirrus sus ventas y control de costos fueron mejores. Lo que hoy permite tener márgenes de 10x mayores.

La implementación no fue fácil y algunas situaciones operativas fueron un reto para ambas partes. Sin embargo, consideramos que este cliente ha fortalecido sus controles y eficiencia operativa en gran parte por el trabajo en conjunto y por el uso de tecnología.

El incremento de ventas ha sido comúnmente mayor que el incremento en costos

Cliente 2

Cirrus es un EHR para Hospitales que funciona perfecto con clientes grandes. Posiblemente es con este tipo de hospitales donde se puede percibir todo el poder de la tecnología y la sintonía del personal.

La implementación inicial con este cliente fue compleja y significó que el cliente dejara de utilizar el sistema SAP para Healthcare.

Sin embargo en conjunto hemos hecho esfuerzos por mantener una relación positiva del margen operativo. Nuestra solución al estar enfocada a ser la mejor en términos de Business Intelligence y decisiones de negocio ha permitido a este cliente tener mejor control de sus egresos e ingresos.

Los ingresos siguen en incremento y los costos se controlan. Esto hace que el margen sea mayor.

Podemos definir este caso como un caso típico de buena disposición del cliente y nuestra misión de llevar económicamente al éxito a nuestros clientes.

Cliente 3

Este un caso muy interesante de tendencia. Este cliente comenzó su operación en conjunto con nuestra solución Cirrus; al ser un hospital de reciente apertura su tendencia es que los costos vayan bajando conforme las ventas van subiendo. Sin embargo esto es producto de un mejor control de inventarios y almacén. Además de una excelente ejecución al momento de implementación.

Las tendencia será positiva en el mes 12

Esta tendencia le ha permitido a nuestro cliente un enfoque más estratégico en su hospital y no sólo operativo. Nuestra promesa de ser un software para hospitales que realmente beneficie a la toma de decisiones es la razón por la cual creemos que podemos lograr una tendencia de márgenes positivos.

En un Hospital, tener un control oportuno de costos más mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos clínicos es vital y posible.
